Can you help me with a plumbing problem? The sink in one of my bathrooms drains very slow. I have had a?
plumber out several times and nothing seems to help. If I am washing out something, or brushing my teeth and leave the water running, the sink fills up. Then it takes probably 15 minutes for it to drain. A friend of mine told me to put hydrogen peroxide in it. This helped somewhat, but in a very short time, it slowed down again. I even put two bottles of peroxide in it one time.
Try CLR brand Power Plumber, it is just a can of air that you hold over the drain opening and push down on the can. I have used it numerous times in different applications and it has always worked very well. I purchased it from an ACE Hardware store but I'm sure it's available about anywhere.
