prevent underwire from bra popping out when putting it in washing machine?
when the wire comes out do u throw the bra away?once i put it back in and it poked me so bad i gt a scar.....why do bras have underwire in them?does it make a difference if u wear the ones without?
If the underwire comes out you can toss the bra, or put it back in and sew the hole closed where it escaped.
To help prevent underwires from coming out in the laundry either hand wash your bras or wash them in a load on a 'gentle' or 'delicate' cycle, and put them in a lingerie bag (I put them in a bag no matter what cycle, to keep the hooks from catching on other clothing).
No, all bras don't have underwires so if you don't like them, buy styles without. Underwires give different support than non-underwire bras. I prefer them, but I do have some non-underwire bras for days when I want something more soft and flexible. If they are the correct size, they shouldn't be uncomfortable...and I keep the same bras for years (depending on how often I wear them). ☺
