Should Women Have A Bra Free Day?
During the past twenty years breast cancer has become the majorkiller among women. Many articles have been written withregards to the causes of breast cancer, stating an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise as a major cause.
These statementsmighthavehad some credibility,if it were not the fact that numerous women, including Linda McCartney, who are religious vegetarians and exercise- freaks,were diagnosed with breast cancer.
The 'Bra and Breast Cancer Study'in America,found that women with breast cancer had a history of supporting tighter and longer bra-wearing, than did the females who had not developed any symptoms of the disease.
Nearly the whole cancer group that was studied wore brasfor longer than twelve hours a day.
The organization of Bra and Breast Cancer say thatwhen a woman subjects her breasts to pressure, closing off the lymphatic pathway from the breast to the nodes, when shewears a tight bra. This leads to fluid built-up swelling, cyst formation and tenderness. It is necessary for the toxins to be removedthrough the lymphatic glands. Toxin accumulation in the breast area is the result of a bra-constricted breast which cannot effectivelyperform the cleansing process.
Many considerthata bra producesa weak droopybreast, as the body comes to depend on the bra for artificial support and loses its capacity to support the breast itself. This is the reason behind numerous women feeling uncomfortable without a bra.
An alternate theory is that the ever popular under-wire bra could increase the risk of breast cancer.
If an under-wire bra is moved across a compass it will move the needle several degrees, illustratingthat there is a magnetic field involved. Day after day,tuck that magnetic field against the soft tissue of the breast, alongside restricted lymphatic pathways and ask if the result could be cancer causing?
Trialshave shown that a number ofchemical and physical properties of body liquids transform when exposed to the manipulation of a weak magnetic field. A Malaysian Women welfare organization declared Sundays as Bra Free Day in Malaysia, in order to create more awareness of the linked problems.
