It's a bit hard to tell when the models are big-breasted ;o)
But I think the most important thing is if it feels nice to wear - then you will automatically also look fine. Strange but true.
Should be able to advice you better - my wife is very small breasted, but she actually skipped the bra altogether. ;o)
She prefers that. But I think the most important thing is it feels nice. And if you are small breasted, preferably not too much padding ;o)
But apart from that I think there are no "rules". Just whatever makes you feel good, and the "cup" is not too big
