im getting married in 6mnths and now am having 2nd thoughts about my dress cos we are now getting in Bali?
my dress is a corset, a line, heavy satin with lots of detail on the bodice and train... what should i do, sell it and get something lighter and more suited to the enviroment and event or wear it?
If you spent a lot of money on your Dress from $2000-$3000 or more, Then you should definitely wear your Beautiful Dress. Even if you sell it, You won't get all your money back. If your Dress cost you less than $1000, then you probably could buy another made of a lighter material to suit the climate of Bali. I was in a similar situation, We got married in Vanuatu and I wore my Dress which had a full Tulle underlay. I was so glad I did because my Dress was meant for me. Did you know when you bought your Dress that was the one? If you had that special feeling about your Dress wear it. You will be glad you did.
